Marketplace & Cross-Border Summit Europe 2027

The Marketplace & Cross-Border Summit Europe is an in-person event for e-commerce and marketplace teams that already sell online and want to expand into new European markets, with a strong focus on Central and Eastern Europe. It grew out of the Budapest marketplace summit and is now a Europe-wide edition, run entirely in English. The format combines a Mastermind day with a conference day, so attendees can both decide on their next market and learn how to enter it.

On the Mastermind day, participants join moderated small-group rooms built around their own business questions. Topics include choosing and entering new markets, regional marketplaces such as Allegro, eMAG, Kaufland and Skroutz, Amazon EU from CEE, logistics across several countries, tax and compliance, finance and margins, AI and automation, and cross-border branding. The conference day adds keynotes, a cross-border stage, workshops, country sessions and an expo floor with marketplace, logistics and payment partners, plus an evening networking event.

The summit fits founders, brand owners, manufacturers and marketplace sellers who are past the basics and planning their next country. Logistics, payments and tech providers can also take part, though the format is built for practical peer discussion rather than pitching. It isn't aimed at beginners opening their first webshop.
