After my talk, you will understand what buyers are looking for in a business and what you can do to maximize the value of your business. You will have an understanding of different types of buyers (e.g. strategic or financial buyers) and what prices are typically paid. Lastly, you will learn how to run your business so that it is attractive to an acquirer and why you should run your business ready to sell even you do not intend to sell it.
