Stream Session D: The Recipe to Confidence and How to Master the Art of First Impressions

Why is it important that you get the first three seconds right when you introduce yourself?

Because that’s all the time it takes for your prospective client to decide whether they believe you’re confident, competent and trustworthy…or not.

When we engage with clients and our colleagues, we unintentionally undermine our authority by the way we speak, interact and present.

This session offers strategies and techniques on how to set yourself apart from your competitors, how to harness confidence and helps you manage a range of challenging communication issues.

Amongst other components, we take a close look at how your body language, posture, use of language, voice and mental clarity form a crucial part of your clients’ decision-making process and whether your client chooses to work with you and your firm or not.
