Cassidi Shoaf

Cassidi Shoaf serves as Chief Executive Officer of E.C. Shoaf LLC, a multi-marketplace e-commerce business she has led since October 2022. With an industrial engineering background, she identifies market demand, brings products to market, and designs scalable systems while leading a remote team. She also coaches other sellers on efficiency, margin growth, and operational leverage.

Before launching her e-commerce business, Cassidi served as City Councilwoman for the City of Marietta from January 2018 to July 2024. In that role, she approved an $11 million city budget as a Finance committee member, led employee relations initiatives including compensation program updates, and analyzed legislative policy. She also worked as an Industrial Engineer at Danser, Inc from April 2022 to April 2023, focusing on process improvement, quality management, and project management.

Cassidi holds a degree from West Virginia University and is driven by discovery and helping others uncover their purpose and bring value to their organizations.
