Cody Baxter

Cody is a Senior Product Manager for AI Transformation & Marketplace Strategy, based in Stockholm and serving as the Amazon AI Representative for Amazon Nordic HQ. In this role he leads AI adoption, experimentation, and user enablement across Amazon’s third-party expansion marketplaces in Europe — spanning Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden — while owning strategy and business performance for Amazon Sweden’s marketplace, from selection to seller growth.

He started his career in the US in the HQ2 in Arlington, Virginia. There he managed a $1B+ P&L within Amazon’s Grocery 1P business, leading large-scale transformations for some of the world’s biggest consumer brands — including Unilever, Kraft Heinz, and Campbell’s. His work spanned everything from case-pack strategy to Everyday Essentials and Low-ASP selection, directly supporting Amazon’s shift from being known as the “Everything Store” to becoming the “Everyday Store.”
