Emma-Michaela Rigby

Emma-Michaela Rigby joined GS1 UK in 2026, where she uses GS1 global standards to help members and marketplaces solve industry-wide problems. As a neutral, not-for-profit organisation, GS1 is uniquely placed to bring key industries together. Her background is in retail with global brands Arcadia and Ralph Lauren. More recently she worked in the marketplace space at Ankorstore, a high-growth B2B start-up, where she focused on retailer acquisition and enabling cross-border trade. Outside work, she is an amateur painter, a traveller and the proud owner of a puppy.
