Joanna Janoszek

As director of the Wrocław office of JWP and patent attorney, she deals with comprehensive cooperation with entrepreneurs and other entities in the field of intellectual property protection. She specializes in testing the registration capability of trademarks and in conducting national, European (EUIPO) and international (WIPO) application procedures for trademarks and industrial designs. She advises companies on building and managing a portfolio of markings. In addition, he conducts litigation and prepares legal opinions on industrial property rights and acts of unfair competition. She has many years of experience in cooperation with many sectors on the market, including pharmaceutical, chemical and FMCG. She has successfully conducted trainings for entrepreneurs, scientists and students on many occasions.
