Marina Vytovtova started her career in finance, moved into entrepreneurship, then consulting, and finally landed in product management, in which she has worked on a variety of digital products such as business software, social networking, and ecommerce, at both Bloomingdales and Nine West. What she finds most useful in product is a thorough investigation of customer problems through analytics, user research, and testing. She also believes in mitigating risk and understanding customers’ subconscious preferences by A-B testing, ideally coupled with session replay technology.
Marina currently leads the product team at Nine West where her focus over the last year has been on delivering the best mobile experience, with an emphasis on checkout.
