Mark Hirsch

Mark is a serial entrepreneur with experience on both sides of the M&A process.

He was a partner in a financial publishing firm that thrived during the economic downturn of 2008. And as his company approached $10 million in annual sales, it was acquired by the industry leader – and he stayed on with the acquiring company to see the integration through.
Today, he’s on the buy-side of corporate development, leveraging the capital and capabilities from one of America’s greatest digital direct marketing companies to create value by partnering with proven physical products companies.

In his current role as Director of Corporate Development at Qbrands, he identifies and negotiates strategic acquisitions and joint ventures.
He travels coast to coast speaking with Amazon Sellers in an effort to help entrepreneurs unlock value in their businesses, understand the M&A process, and set themselves up for an eventual exit.
