Melissa Armstrong

Melissa Armstrong is the COO and Co-Owner of EnZone PrepWorks, a global prep center and Amazon FBA partner providing 3PL solutions for e-commerce brands. In this role, she focuses on partner advocacy and comprehensive fulfillment services for Amazon sellers. Since January 2016, she has also served as Co-Owner of The EXI Group, LLC, a small business developing and scaling product brands for e-commerce platforms.

Melissa brings more than 10 years of hands-on experience as an Amazon FBA seller, giving her practical insight into the challenges and opportunities of building online brands. She combines operational expertise with real-world marketplace knowledge to support entrepreneurs and brands navigating Amazon and e-commerce fulfillment.
