Shahid heads up marketing as the CMO at Wimdu, responsible for the global strategy for all marketing channels, which also includes managing an internal team of 45+ FTEs and agencies around the globe.

Wimdu operates globally providing a range of over 300,000 properties in more than 100 countries to ensure that everybody can find attractive, affordable accommodation for their next trip.

Prior to Wimdu, Shahid headed up SEO for, and many leading agencies working with clients on a global scale including Avis, Jaguar, HSBC, Barclays and KFC to name a few.

Shahid is a seasoned SEO with experience from all sides of the SEO Spectrum coming from a web development background and evolving into SEO around 2004. He’s worked both agency and client side dealing with enterprise and localized clients.
