Udy Agarwal

Udy Agarwal is the founder of USB International, which owns brands including Aerolite Luggage, Packed Direct, Aqua Spirit ISUPS, Olsen & Smith, Sport24, Hoppa, MiniMax, and 5 Cities. After earning a degree in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics, he expanded his family's retail business into wholesale, design, manufacturing, and importing, primarily in textiles and travel products. He later re-established the business in London in partnership with his wife, Mala.

Over 25 years, Agarwal has built experience across product development, e-commerce, property investment, and elderly care. He has transitioned multiple businesses from B2B to B2C online models and navigated challenges including Brexit and Covid-19.
