Alastair started his career as a federal agent with 15 years at the Australian Federal Police and held the position of Director of the High-Tech Crime Centre. In 2004 he joined eBay as Director Trust & Safety for 4 ½ years, then ran his own consulting business for the next 6 years before returning to government work in Canberra. This a rare opportunity to hear from someone with experience from behind the curtain and who has been at the coalface of battling cyber crimes over the past 18 years.
