Internet sales via the German company GmbH and UG

In the first part of the presentation, we will present what the current VAT settlement for intra-Community distance sales of goods looks like. First of all, we will explain what the OSS procedure is, when it is worth using it and whether this procedure also applies to the sale of goods shipped from warehouses located in other countries.

In the second part, we will discuss one of the most popular forms of doing business on the German market - the GmbH company and its smaller version, the UG company. Establishing a capital company in Germany is an interesting solution for entrepreneurs who want to operate in Germany on a larger scale, as well as for entities that plan to sell via platforms currently unavailable on the Polish market.
