Merch By Amazon: On-Demand Commerce

Merch By Amazon is Amazon's new print-on-demand platform for 'Merch' or merchandise. Starting with t-shirts, and soon expanding into other products, Merch By Amazon allows sellers and designers to upload images to be printed onto products as orders are placed. This means that there are no inventory costs. When a customer orders a product, Amazon does ALL THE WORK from printing, to shipping, to customer service, and returns. The seller/designer in turn earn a royalty for each item sold. Merch By Amazon has grown tremendously in it's first 18 months and it continues to be one of the most exciting Amazon platforms to date.
