In 2002, John Rossman was hired as the Director of Merchant Integration at Amazon to play a key role in launching and scaling the Amazon Marketplace business. It was not a story of instant success. It is a story of innovation, strategy, persistence and leadership. Through the lens of the history of the Amazon Marketplace, John will do more than give us his insights to Amazon and what the future might hold.
