Ardi Shala is Key Account Director Partnerships DACH at iBanFirst, where he oversees the full partnership landscape across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. He helps companies simplify international payments, reduce FX risk, and scale confidently across borders by working with consultants, financial service providers, leasing and factoring companies, intermediaries, and CFO networks.

Ardi brings end-to-end ownership of DACH partnerships strategy and a strong understanding of FX risk management, cross-border payments, and fintech infrastructures. He has a proven ability to scale new markets and create commercial momentum through strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

His relationship-driven approach focuses on enabling partners to strengthen their value proposition while helping their customers navigate volatile markets.
