He has also worked on e-commerce matters representing sellers in various disputes. Mr. Scott received his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Scott completed his graduate studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and he worked as an electrical design engineer developing commercial applications of nuclear and plasma technologies.
