Let's get you started. Step one is to have a quick 15 minute fact finding meeting. Let’s talk about your plan and answer your questions; then I will suggest an action plan based on my 10+ years of experience manufacturing in Vietnam.

The top three things I need to know are:

• Are your designs completed or do you need help with design and development?
• Are you quantities big or small? Either way is fine; I just need to know clearly.
• What is your quality control strategy? What AQL standard will you use? Will you hire a third party QC company?

Tech packs and spec sheets are the key to success when manufacturing overseas. May I send you an apparel tech pack for your reference. If you are producing metal, plastic or wood products then your tech pack is sometimes called a technical spec sheet. They are the holy grail needed to hit a home run your first time up to bat.
