Accomplishing tasks now is a primary drive for me. I am practical and willing to face the truth. Whatever I do, I do without much hesitation. I am driven to get things done. I act as soon as I know what to do. People around me know that I am generally on task. I work best when I have plenty of room to decide and act.

I am strongly self-motivated. I like to work with things that are real and tangible. My deep desire is to exert personal energy to make a positive difference. I pride myself in the energy I expend on projects. Things go best for me when I have responsibility for results. Starting new projects and ventures makes me happy.
