Damon Gjording

Damon Gjording is a seasoned technology and marketing executive with extensive experience in e-commerce. He currently serves as the VP of Sales & Marketing at Xmars, a cutting-edge AI-powered marketplace ad management platform for brands, sellers, and agencies on Amazon. Prior to Xmars, Damon was with Ideoclick, a Seattle-based e-commerce agency that supported Fortune 1000 brands with their businesses on Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart. Gjording started his career at Microsoft, where he held various product management and product marketing roles, including working on Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Commerce Server, the company's first foray into e-commerce. He later worked at a local services startup that was acquired by iSoftStone, a Chinese IT offshoring provider. Gjording also served as a Technology Director at Nordstrom, where he led e-commerce technology teams focused on personalization, mobile applications, and loyalty technologies. He received his bachelor's degree and MBA from the University of Washington.
