Daniel Gibney

Daniel Gibney is a professional drummer and the founder of Ems for Kids, world leader in hearing protection for kids and manufacturers of the world’s first hearing protection earmuffs for newborns. Daniel’s passion to protect the little ears in his family at his drumming gigs was the kitchen-table idea that kick-started his journey into business 12 years ago. Ems for Kids now has operations in the UK, USA and Australia with distribution across over 30 countries and has developed licensed product for the likes of Supercars Championship Australia and the New Zealand All Blacks Rugby team.

With all he has learnt over the years, Daniel is passionate about equipping small to medium enterprises with the knowledge to help them save time and money and avoid common mistakes that can come with expanding internationally. Daniel offers business owners 1-on-1 coaching and guidance through the process of international entity and tax structure set up as well as crucial insight into the local laws and regulations that impact freight, logistics and shipping. Daniel currently drums for the ‘The Elton John Experience’ show touring world-wide; and is working on Ems for Kids distribution into Japan and China as well as his new BBQ-related venture, Fire Slap.
