When I joined there was no real idea how much advertising should be done and what is the exact sales margin of the products with all the marketing activities. So I, having a no-BS personality, started straight with managing and developing my own system to track and grow the sales generated by ads. My goal has always been not only to create good ads but also to make a profit from them. So by the end of my first year, my ads generated over $80 000 profit.
