During his 35-year professional career, David has played leadership roles in over 150 M&A transactions as an advisor and company insider in addition to operating and exiting from a digital marketing agency he founded in 2003. Since 2016, he has led DJC Digital which is currently the leading global provider of deal flow to the professional digital acquisition community. DJC Digital has fulfilled mandates for over 40 clients including PE firms, Amazon aggregators, family offices, digital portfolio owners and owner-operators and has presented over 1000 companies to these clients resulting in over 65 exits to date.
