Biography
Dogan is a global insurance executive and entrepreneur, with 20+ years of experience in leadership, underwriting and strategy. He held various executive roles at Allianz, in Turkey, Brazil and the United Stattes. He has a bachelor degree in Actuarial Schience. In 2021, he founded Stere, a tech platform that enables all companies to build and provide insurance solutions for their end-customers. In 2020, he launched the LinkedIn Newsletter - Future of Insurance with 25k+ subscribers. He was named among the “HOT 100” in 2019 by Insurance Business for redifining the insurance industry; and one of the 30 “INNOVATORS TO WATCH” by Digital Insurance.
