Felix Mynarek

I have been a product manager at Interseroh+ since 2022, and I currently oversee the Europe-wide packaging compliance service. At Interseroh+, we support companies by ensuring that they are in compliance with packaging requirements throughout Europe. Additionally, I have over a decade of experience in the recycling and environmental industries and the licensing of transport and sales packaging in particular. I am also a PhD student at the University of Hohenheim, where I am currently investigating how learning takes place in organizations. This is an important topic, as companies must be able to react quickly to changes. As such, learning—particularly that which takes place informally and as a result of reflection—is the factor of success for organizations.
