Franz Wegner

Franz Wegner is the CEO of Content Minds GmbH, a full-service agency specializing in personal branding for CEOs and executives on LinkedIn. Since July 2022, he has led the company in providing comprehensive content production services across Germany, including copywriting, professional photo shoots, and content publishing. Under his leadership, Content Minds has supported over 50 personal brands, generated 600 million organic views, and produced 8,000 posts for clients.

Franz has been creating content for over 15 years, starting with online videos in 2009. He has worked as a content creator on YouTube since January 2009 and has served as Head of Video Production for the German Wrestling Federation since January 2017, where he handles multi-camera livestreams, web series production, and video-on-demand programming. Prior to founding Content Minds, he operated Franz Wegner Productions from July 2014 to July 2022.

Franz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a focus on International Media Informatics from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. His expertise spans public speaking, conducting workshops, copywriting, and video production. He shares his knowledge through free masterclasses on YouTube covering tools like Canva and CapCut.
