Biography
In his 15+ year career, Jeremy has worked with a number of high profile global organisations including Virgin Australia, Nike, Toyota, Coca-Cola, NAB, Nestle, Mondelez (Kraft) and Lion Nathan to help develop and execute integrated marketing strategies. In addition to this, Jeremy has also worked on major sporting events including the 2006 Commonwealth Games, the 2007 Asian Games and the FINA Swimming World Championships.
Formerly known as the Exchange Group, Marketplacer was established in 2007 by Melbourne entrepreneurs and childhood friends Jason Wyatt and Sam Salter, who built the company’s first marketplace, BikeExchange, into a global success. In 2012, BikeExchange was awarded the Telstra Business of the Year, and in 2013 Jason and Sam were named EY Entrepreneurs of the Year.
Jeremy is also the founder of 3SIXTY1, helping businesses understand its audience from the inside out by consolidating and enriching their data sources to drive more targeted, meaningful marketing outcomes.
Prior to his role at Marketplacer, Jeremy spent three years at Virgin Australia, leading the marketing team.
Jeremy hold a Masters of Marketing having completed a thesis titled Community Sport Sponsorship and its application in Brand Marketing Strategy.
