Julie Mathers is the CEO and Founder of Flora & Fauna, Australia’s largest vegan beauty and lifestyle store growing at 500% year on year with a passion for the customer and being an ethical retailer. F&F is shortlisted as a finalist for Responsible Retailer of the Year at the World Retail Awards 2017.
Prior to founding Flora & Fauna Julie has worked in the UK, Europe, Asia and now Australia. She has worked in consulting, private equity and in many retailers, including leadership roles in Woolworths, Coles and APG & Co.She has recently been recognized as one of the “Top 50 People in Australian eCommerce”.
