Dr. Laura Schramm is founder and managing director of 12 Lessons GmbH, an e-commerce academy specializing in sustainable and practical knowledge transfer. With her many years of experience in projects around ERP, shop systems, PIM and AI, as well as her doctorate in organizational development, she brings well-founded expertise in didactics and methodology.

As initiator and co-founder of the women's network She E.O., Laura is passionately committed to empowering women in business, expanding their networks, and making mutual support a matter of course.
