Marcus Seidel

Marcus Seidel is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across digital marketing, e-commerce, and investment. He currently serves as CEO of ADCELL, one of the leading affiliate networks in the DACH region, and oversees operations at BERMUC Immobilien Gruppe and Penguin Capital, a data-driven private equity firm. He also hosts the Mittelstars Podcast, featuring conversations with mid-market entrepreneurs, and sits on the supervisory board at Smartbroker Holding AG.

Seidel entered online and affiliate marketing in 2004 as co-shareholder and managing director at ADCELL during his university studies. His career includes leadership roles at companies such as Entsorgung.de, Brillen.de, and Gutscheine.de, as well as formative experience at Smartbroker AG (through its IPO and sale to Axel Springer) and advisory work at Rocket Internet supporting new ventures.

Based in Berlin with a 65-person team, Seidel and his companies manage more than 250 million euros in assets under management. His focus areas include entrepreneurship, mid-sized businesses, and digitalization.
