Michael Paul is the CEO and founder of PACK & SEND. He established the business in 1993 after noticing that businesses and consumers were looking for one-stop-shop solutions for sending anything, anywhere. Under Michael’s guidance and leadership the company has grown from one small retail service centre in Parramatta to a national network of over 100 Retail Service Centres across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. PACK & SEND has become one of the country’s top freight solutions providers, servicing everyone from eBay sellers to large and medium sized businesses.

Michael has over 20 years experience in the logistics, franchising and retail industries and is regularly invited to speak at conventions, seminars, forums and small business functions both in Australia and internationally. A rapidly changing logistics and retail environment caused by the rise of online shopping and eCommerce is playing to PACK & SEND’s strengths.
