Mika Takahashi

Mika is Group Director at dentsu within the Retail Media and Commerce strategy group and has a decade of industry experience in performance marketing in various client verticals, CPG, Retail, and Pharma. She specializes in retail media strategy and activation supporting clients navigate this ever-developing space at dentsu. Mika is a global citizen of the world, and during her time at dentsu, has worked in the UK, EMEA markets, and the US and frequently engages with global counterparts in various dentsu markets. She is also a passionate DEI leader within dentsu and active leader in the dentsu employee business resource group, Asian@dentsu, championing causes of BIPOC employees.
