I am proud of building LAP Group from nothing to what it is today (helping more than 300 brands to boost their sales on global Marketplaces) but I am even more proud of building the LAP team. I believe the biggest accomplishment thus far is having the ability to inspire others to follow us in this journey to support all-size producers from Latin America by selling and promoting their products worldwide. LAP's motivated and competent team is collaborative and this has also allowed us to thrive. I want to continue to build a company culture that incentives creativity, hard work, strong values and the freedom to make mistakes as these are the opportunities where the most valuable personal and business lessons are learned.
