Backed by strong academic credentials, I have deep expertise in building & scaling businesses from scratch. I have launched three new verticals in leading e-commerce unicorns like Myntra & OYO, scaling them to P&L's over 300 cr+ whilst keeping them sustainable.

I am an extremely passionate people leader, having led large, diverse and distributed teams of 200+. My experience in the startup space over the last 7 years has allowed me to work in fast paced environments that are largely unstructured, my strength lies in being able to wade through the uncertainty and bring structure to a business problem.
