Paola Marzario

Paola Marzario is the founder and Chairwoman of BrandOn Group, an Italian‑based tech and e‑commerce firm that empowers brands to sell across global marketplaces. A law graduate from Bocconi University, she has built her career as a serial entrepreneur—founding her first company during her university years and exiting it in 2008, before launching BrandOn in 2012. With deep expertise in marketplace strategy, digital distribution and omnichannel growth, Paola has led BrandOn to become a recognised leader in European e‑commerce. She is also a senior partner at Consorzio Netcomm, mentors startup incubator teams, and is active in advancing women's leadership in the digital commerce space.
