For six years, Phil Layer worked as a key account manager for Amazon, one of the 10 largest companies in Germany. During this time he was able to gain the following experience:

• Strategy & implementation for Amazon's EU market entry.
• Management of one of the largest vendors in Europe with 4 brands and more than 10,000 SKUs
• Sales responsibility for more than 50 million EUR
• Cooperation model for international Amazon Vendor Management
• Promotion management of 7-digit deal volume

Since April 2018, he has been a consultant (www.marktplatz-strategie.de) and Expert Partner at Etribes, designing digital distribution strategies for manufacturers and brands with a special focus on Amazon.
