Rich Margiano

Mr. Margiano started his career at White & Case in New York City and has exclusively practiced intellectual property law.  His career focuses on the E-Commerce aspects of intellectual property and, in particular, protecting brands and merchants on Amazon and other online portals.  He is one of the few attorneys with extensive experience resolving the legal issues that arise while conducting business on Amazon.com and has come to the rescue of brands both large and small, including SONY.
