Richard Thame

Richard Thame is the Chief Executive Officer of Fastway Couriers, Australia. Responsible for leading the Australian arm of one of the world’s leading courier franchising organisation, Richard heads an award winning team of over 700 franchisees, providing courier services to countless locations across the country. Richard has over 20 years business experience having held numerous senior management positions across a range of service industries.

Prior to joining Fastway, Richard was the Commercial Director at Sabre Pacific, charged driving the sales and marketing strategy for the world’s largest provider of travel industry distribution systems. Richard also spent over 5 years with Thrifty Car Rental, driving both the Sales & Marketing and Franchising strategies for this leading franchise group.

Richard’s experience also includes working with several global brands including McDonalds Australia, the Greater Union Cinema Group and Brambles Australia.
