Rytis Rudzinskas

Rytis Rudzinskas is the Founder of EnforceShield, an autonomous AI system that takes down digital infringements at scale, a position he has held since September 2024. He is also a Partner at CEE Attorneys, where he specializes in TMT and e-commerce law. At EnforceShield, he has developed expertise in protecting Amazon brands from counterfeiters, hijackers, and copycats through automated IP enforcement, combining SaaS technology with legal expertise to remove infringements using proprietary agentic AI enforcement systems.

Rytis is a lawyer with a focus on e-commerce, advertising, technology, and intellectual property law. He works with international clients across multiple jurisdictions and has a proven track record serving innovative companies in their fields. His previous roles include General Counsel at Orbio World and CLO at inulti. Prior to these positions, he worked as an Attorney at Advokatų kontora Rudzinskas ir partneriai from March 2017 to March 2022.

Rytis is a recognized speaker at industry events, including the European Seller Conference in Prague, where he presented on why some Amazon brands get counterfeited and others don't, explaining the structural patterns that make infringements predictable. He holds a Master's degree in European Union Business Law from Vilnius University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University.
