Think global, act local

Description
Amazon stands for borderlessness. But every business is and remains local!
In order to open up the American or Australian market or even the whole world as a Danish-based and globally positioned company PanzerGlass™, the consumer must be the focus and the local approach must be thought out individually.
Christian explains in an entertaining way that, for example, driving sales rankings or search results only through prices may be a proven means, but it will not be a long-term remedy. "That's not very smart. There are significantly more options online."
Even though Christian is responsible for the e-commerce business as Global Sales Director, he is happy about every conversion of his products, regardless of whether it happens stationary or online, as long as the consumer buys a PanzerGlass™ and is consequently a satisfied consumer. Only if sales are thought of holistically will off and online benefit from each other in the long term.
He sees the biggest challenge in internationalization in pursuing global strategies on the one hand and continuing to take local market conditions very seriously on the other. For years, all CE companies have been increasingly confronted with a worldwide democratization of the consumer market.
Christian's clear recommendation is: Instead of rolling out the entire product range simultaneously in as many countries as possible with a watering can, a step-by-step approach. This applies to both the country and the product itself.
LOCAL TOUCH - What is meant by this and why the use of native sales is absolutely necessary for your sales success - more about this in the interview with Christian Partsch.
