As a leader, supervisor, and coach, I enjoy mentoring, developing, and helping people become more effective. I have a vested interested in using my strengths to improve an organization's culture. I also have a technical mind and succeed in assessing and diagnosing complex problems. I am an innovative thinker, I challenge existing norms, and I drive for continuous improvement. Finally, as a business professional, my acumen is very strong. I understand organizational flow, business principles, and how to drive change.
