Biography
Amy is COO of SOL Group Australia which includes The Hamper Emporium and Gifts Australia. Amy joined the business in 2014 after a 15 year career working in luxury hotels around the world. At that time her sister Emily, Founder and CEO, had just sold the wholesale side of the business to focus on online retail. They have gone from strength to strength, seeing significant ongoing growth and an expanding loyal customer base.
Amy oversees the day to day operations of the business, including customer service, marketing, business development, logistics, and ecommerce. This year her focus is on further expansion within the corporate market with a large number of customers already using The Hamper Emporium for settlement, client and staff gifts.
