Biography
Ben has been working with the majority of Australia’s largest retailers for over 15 years.
After a number of Senior leadership roles in Marketing communications, he recently joined Pitney Bowes Ecommerce team and is now Head of Shipping for ANZ.
His experience brings together both an understanding of Retail Marketing Operations combined with expertise in distribution and logistics.
An advocate for developing and using technology that supports innovation and simplicity he has been responsible for the strategy and implementation of large supply chain software solutions. These include the development of various Multi-carrier transport systems, GPS based contractor management applications and most recently E-commerce platform integrations that support Australian retailers expand into Global markets.
Currently his focus is on how we continue to meet consumers rising expectations and make shipping easier, simple and more convenient than ever.
