Carolyn has been actively involved in digital commerce with a focus on user experience and conversion for over 5 years. Carolyn has refined her craft whilst working within eBay and Braintree. Prior to eCommerce Carolyn spent 15+ year in Telecommunications working at Vodafone and Telstra. Carolyn has a strong sales and marketing background and is passionate about creating opportunities for Braintree partners. Her current focus is on building lasting partnerships to help drive and improve customer experiences in a fast paced and ever changing industry.

Carolyn is a passionate advocate within the industry with a focus on knowledge sharing, mentoring and coaching new talent. In her free time, she enjoys gourmet adventures with her partner, live music and the hanging with her kids at the beach.
