Cody Griffin

Cody Griffin is Sr. Director of Marketing at Dr. Squatch, the largest men's natural personal care brand in the United States. At Dr. Squatch Cody oversees all eCommerce marketing, including merchandising and promotional strategy, retention strategy and omnichannel strategy. Prior to joining Dr. Squatch, Cody spent the majority of his career in Management Consulting at Bain & Co., developing growth strategies for Fortune 500 and leading private equity firms. While at Bain he specialized in omnichannel and digital strategy for large retailers, helping them adapt to a rapidly changing world. Cody holds a dual BA in Economics and Political Science from UC San Diego and an MBA with Distinction from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
