Frank Tropepe

Frank Tropepe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Frank started their career as a Store Manager and Professional Hardware Dealer at Ace Hardware, where they played a key role in expanding the business and turning a single store into a chain of stores. Frank then joined the US Marine Corps, where they quickly rose through the ranks and served as an Operations Manager, overseeing national security measures and leading a team.

After leaving the Marines, Frank worked at the United States Marine Corps as a Training Manager, responsible for course development and managing a team of Marines. Frank then joined Hardware Store Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer, where they oversaw business operations and developed strategies for growth and e-commerce. Most recently, Frank joined reCommerce Brands as the Senior Vice President of Operations, where they played a crucial role in scaling the company and increasing revenue by developing strategic initiatives and leveraging cutting-edge technology.
