Co-Founder and Director of New Aim Pty Ltd – an importer, online retail department store and third-party supplier that employs over 200 staff.
Since the inception of the business with Werner Liu in 2005 as graduate university students, we managed to build the business together from a small 500 sqm warehouse to leading Australia’s e commerce business with combined warehouse floor space over 50,000 sqm and on track to achieve $200 million annual turnover. The foundation has always been the people behind the growth. Investing in individuals backed by willingness to learn and technical appreciation has always taken center focus throughout my career.
