John Mullins

John Mullins is the Director of Watson Customer Engagement and is responsible for fostering IBM’s AI mission in retail across Asia Pacific. In his more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, John has lived and worked in North America, Asia, Africa, Europe and Australia, helping him to gain a wealth of experience.

Throughout all of John’s career, customer engagement & digital solutions have been a key focus, and previously, John set up and ran IBM’s SaaS business for the AP region. He is now based back in his home town of Melbourne where he spends his time with his wife, 6 year old daughter and faithful Labrador.
