My program provides advanced nutrition and wellness education, utilizing science-based curriculum. I work with individuals or groups either in person or through a state of the art interactive online training classroom that makes learning convenient and effective.

I work with individuals or groups in settings such as corporate wellness, schools, medical centers, community groups by being able to:

• Share the importance of whole food nutrition for all ages.
• Help others understand how lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and nutrition work together to create optimal health.
• Apply effective coaching skills and fun, hands-on learning techniques.
• Evaluate real-world opportunities and develop a plan of action to help others successfully achieve their wellness goals.
